This policy explains what personal information a2rtech ("we", "us") collects through this website and in the course of our work, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Inquiries. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, anything you tell us about your business, and any other contact details you include.
• Correspondence. Emails, messages and call notes exchanged while we answer your inquiry or carry out work for you.
• Client material. During an engagement, documents, records and data you share with us so that we can do the work.

Information collected automatically

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services.
• To operate the website and protect it from abuse.
• To keep the business and tax records the law requires.

We don't sell personal information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

• Our email and website hosting providers, which process data on our behalf to deliver email and serve this site.
• WhatsApp, operated by Meta, if you choose to message us there. Your use of WhatsApp is also covered by its own privacy policy.
• Sensitive records. For tax returns, payroll, health information or financial account details, we build and test on redacted or synthetic copies and don't access the live data.
• AI and automation providers. If an engagement uses a third-party AI service, we name it to you before any of your data is sent, explain what it receives, and agree its use with you in writing. We don't send client data to a provider you haven't approved.

Where client data is stored

Systems we build are set up in accounts registered to the client, in US regions wherever the provider offers them. We don't keep our own copies of data held in those accounts.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries that don't lead to an engagement: deleted within 12 months.
• Client correspondence and business records: kept for the engagement and three years afterward, or longer where the law requires.
• Client material shared for a specific piece of work: returned or deleted when the work is complete, unless you ask us to keep it for ongoing support.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete what we no longer need to keep. Email hello@a2rtech.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We limit access to personal information to the people who need it for the work, protect every account with multi-factor authentication, and keep client material in accounts registered to the client wherever practical. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you promptly and meet any notification duties the law places on us.

Children

This website is for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects information you've already given us, we'll tell you directly.
