Why we started
Automation built properly, and owned by the client
We started a2rtech in Texas to give small firms the kind of automation larger companies take for granted, built properly and owned by the client.
The problems small firms face are rarely unusual: work that moves by email and spreadsheet, reports that arrive too late to act on, and software nobody fully trusts. Fixing them doesn't take a large IT budget. It takes understanding how the business runs, fixing the right process first, and leaving behind something your team can own.

How we choose engagements
A few engagements, each done properly
We take on a limited number of engagements at a time so each one gets proper attention. We go ahead when three conditions are met.
A measurable cost
The process costs the business something we can measure before and after.
An owner on your side
Someone on the client side owns the outcome and can make decisions.
A clean handover
The finished system can be handed over to the client's own team.
Where those conditions aren't met, we say so during the consultation, before any proposal is made.
